Week of Monday, March 9th  Show and Tell: Letter R or anything green  We will continue to work on the letter R this week. The children may dress down for Merit week on either Tuesday or Thursday. Thank you!  Monday: Wear polka dots or bright colors   Tuesday: Music  Wednesday: Gym, Mission Wednesday- please be generous  Thursday: Computers  Friday: Library/ Music in our Schools dress down day  The children may dress down based on one of the catergories below with a donation to support Saint Lawrence in Upper Darby and Blessed Virgin Mary in Darby. Prizes will be awarded for best dressed in grades Pre-K-2, 3-5 and 6-8. So be creative and have fun while showing your love for music while helping those in need.  - Rock and Roll-  appropriate band t-shirt, jeans, bandana, rock hair style, leather jacket  - Country - flannel shirt, jeans, cowboy boots, cowboy hat - Broadway Musical ideas- any appropriate musical costume, Musical t-shirt (from SSJ musicals), Disn

Week of Monday, February 24th  Show and Tell: Letter B  Monday :  Tuesday: Spring Pictures/ Music  Wednesday: Ash Wednesday Mass at 9:00am / Mission Wednesday- please be generous  Home and School fundraiser at Pica's  Thursday: Computers  Bag Bingo at 7pm in the Meehan Center  Friday: Library  - Please help your child fill out their Baptismal certificate that was inside the Religion leaflet that came home this past week. Send it back into school with a picture by Monday, February 24th. Thank you!  - Beginning in March the children will take books out at the Library. They will bring their book home on Friday in a galloon size Ziploc bag with their name on it. The book must be returned on Tuesday in the galloon size Ziploc bag. Please handle the books with care. If the book becomes lost or damaged, it may need to be replaced. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Week of Monday, February 17th

Week of Monday, February 17th * This week is Merit Week. If your child didn't have more than 3 calendar marks in January, they may dress down on either Wednesday or Friday. I don't think anyone received more than 3. T hank you! Show and Tell: Letter P * So I'm doing something a little different this week. Because we're working on the letter P,the children may wear pajamas to school on Thursday if they'd like. Girls must wear leggings under nightgowns. We'll be making pancakes. Monday - No School- President's Day Tuesday - Music Wednesday - Gym, Mission Wednesday- every little bit helps. Thank you! Home and School Meeting at 7pm in the Meehan center Thursday - Pancake and PJ day. The children may wear their pajamas to school.
