Recap of the Week

This past week was a busy fun filled one. We focused on the letter D. The children completed two pages in their letter book and the rest was sent home for homework. We made a Dalmatian do from the letter D. In Religion we talked about acts of kindness we can do for our family members. We read lots of books on Valentine's day and did some Valentine's day activities. The children decorated bags for their Valentines and made cards.

On Thursday, the 100th day of school we made a 100th day trail mix with 10 different snacks. We also colored crowns and had fun building with 100 red solo cups. The children had a lot of fun at our Valentine's day party. Thank you to all the parents that came in for it.

This Coming Week

This week we'll be focusing on Dental Health and the letter P. The children will complete four pages in their letter book. The rest will be sent home for homework. Please send in pictures or words beginning with the letter P for our chart. We'll read: "If you Give a Pig a Pancake" and make pancakes.
