Recap of last week:

Last week we talked about the letter C. We started to work on our letter C books. The children glued candles to the front cover of their book and completed four pages to improve letter recognition. The rest was sent home. Thank you for sending in the words and pictures beginning with C.
In Religion we continued to talk about Advent. We read the story: " Mary's Baby" and talked about things we can do and say to show that we love Jesus. We made a candy cane and glued a baby Jesus to the inside of the J. We worked on some special Christmas gifts and practiced for our Nativity play.

This Coming Week:

This week we'll continue to work on the letter C. We'll finish working on our letter books. In Religion we'll read: "The Christmas Play" and recall details from the story. We'll talk about how we celebrate Christmas by giving presents to those we love and being kind is a gift we can give everyday.
We'll finish up some Christmas crafts/projects and celebrate with all the fun activities we have planned.
